Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy is a gentle hygienic way of restoring the colon to a healthy state. Today, we are exposed to more stress, chemicals, drugs and food additives than ever before in our history.

What is Colon Hydrotherapy?

 • Effective waste removal from the colon/ bowel
 • Private & Confidential
 • Safe & Comfortable
 • Filtered Water
 • Temperature Regulated
 • Pressure Regulated
 • Single use, medical-grade disposable equipment

Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as colonics, removes the fecal material that does not come out with your bowel movement, in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. It is strictly confidential and private. Our colon hydrotherapy units are closed systems that use filtered, temperature and pressure-regulated water and the waste is channeled directly to the sewers.

Colon Hydrotherapy is a centuries-old therapy using water to eliminate fecal material that does not pass with a bowel movement. This can reduce colon spasms and re-tone the muscle of the colon, making its contractions and subsequent elimination more effective. Like any other muscle in our body, when stimulated to contract in a healthy manner it will become stronger, and assist in re-establishing healthy, regular bowel movements.

The nurse will do an abdominal assessment prior to starting the session. The entire 5-6 feet of your colon will be gently hydrated with the water to soften any accumulated fecal matter on the inner wall of your colon. We use the slow fill method, which assures you will have larger releases by strengthening your colon.

It may take several hydrations in order to gently facilitate the release of the old fecal material. We use abdominal massage during the hydration, to improve the release. You will be totally relaxed, and comfortable. After your session, we will have a better idea of how many sessions you will need, based on your goals.

All of our colon therapists are registered nurses who have received advanced training in Colon Hydrotherapy. They presently hold memberships with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario and The Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario.

Our nurses are personally involved in virtually every step of your Colon Hydrotherapy procedure including the initial assessment and consultation. Their involvement with you both pre and post Colon Hydrotherapy session, is part of the reason our results with Colon Hydrotherapy are so high.

You will need two hours with us for your first visit. In the first hour you will complete a health history form and discuss it with the nurse. The nurse will do a complete abdominal assessment and will take your blood pressure and check your heart rate. In the second hour you will enjoy your first colon hydrotherapy session.

 • Diseases and functional disturbances of the digestive organs are common complaints
 • Millions of Canadians suffer from bowel problems
 • World Health Organization estimates 3.5 billion people worldwide are infested with intestinal parasites. Have you felt unwell since your travels abroad? There could be a connection.
